Site Plan: Including all utilities ** A complete set  of plumbing and gas plans with risers must be submitted to the State Plumbing Division and a letter of approval must be in hand before a Building Permit can be issued. Footing details, building details, electrical, H.V.A.C. Plans must be stamped  and signed by engineer licensed in State of Arkansas. All architectural plans must be stamped and signed by registered architect in  the State of Arkansas with necessary documentation as required by Arkansas Fire  Prevention Code, Section 106.1.7. Seven (7) copies must be submitted to this office for plan review. Building permit cost is based on the rate of $.08 per square foot under roof including overhangs. Arkansas State Surcharge will be collected at the rate of $0.50 per $1000.00 Construction Contract Cost.
