Frank Gelinas is Public Works Director for the City of Harrison. Frank has over 13 years experience with the City of Harrison's Department of Public Works. As Public Works Director his responsibilities include wastewater, water, streets, cemetery, building & grounds, purchasing, maintenance and code enforcement. Frank states, "these responsibilities are shared with very experienced and dedicated department heads and their employees".
