*The City of Harrison reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, parts or items of any bid, and to waive any technicalities in the bidding which may not be in the best interest of the City of Harrison. The City further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the contract for a period not to exceed 60 days after the receipt of bids.
