BID NOTICE for
Flashing Beacons
The City of Harrison, Arkansas will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment to install (7) seven traffic solar flashing beacons at three separate locations in Harrison, AR.
Plans and specifications may be obtained at the Public Works Facility located at 303 North Third Street, Harrison, AR. The City of Harrison hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
Sealed bids will be received in the Mayor's Office at 116 S. Spring St. or mailed to P. O. Box 1715, Harrison, AR72602 until 10:25 a.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2010.Bids shall be clearly marked "Flashing Beacons". Bids will be opened and read in the Council Room adjacent to the Mayor's Office at 116 S. Spring Street, Harrison, AR at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.
