The City has adopted and enforces the following building codes:
2007 Arkansas Fire Prevention Code with revisions, which includes: 2006 International Building Code 2006 International Residential Code 2006 International Fire Code 2003 101 Life Safety Code 2005 National Electrical Code 2006 Arkansas Fuel Gas Code 2006 Arkansas Plumbing Code 2003 Arkansas Mechanical Code
All applications for the Planning Commission agenda must be filed with the Code Enforcement Office within the filing deadline 21 days prior to the next regular scheduled meeting date. Meeting date is the 4th Tuesday of each month.
