Frank Gelinas, Public Works Director/City Engineer has over 13 years experience with the City of Harrisons Department of Public Works.  As Public Works Director, his responsibilities include coordinating the activies and supervising the operations of the Waste Water, Water, Street, Cemetery, Building and Grounds, Purchasing, Maintenance and Code Enforcement departments.
