Water Bill Payment Aggregator Warning:
If you pay your Harrison water & sewer bill online, we recommend that you make your online payment by going directly to our website at www.harrisonar.gov. Other cities have been informed by customers that they made utility payments on a website named "DOXO.com". While this appears to be a legitimate bill aggregator website that takes payments and then sends a check to a city, the site is not in anyway associated with the City of Harrison. It is unknown how long it would take for the City to receive payment from them which could result in a customer's account being past due even though they paid "Doxo.com" before the due date.
