March 15, 2020: City of Harrison officials have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and we understand the concerns many are experiencing. As the situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, be assured the City is committed to responding to the needs of our residents, employees, and general public.Effective March 16, 2020, City of Harrison offices will temporarily lock its doors to the public except by appointment only. City staff will continue to serve the public and conduct city business during normal business hours (8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday) via phone, e-mail, and online. We will also continue to accept utility payments in the drive-thru window. At this time, we feel limiting the number of people and personal contact in public places would be best.If you need water service turned on, we ask that you call ahead with any information that can be handled prior to your visit to minimize the time in the drive-thru area. To schedule a service order or make a payment by phone, please call 870-741-2525, extension 1.We regret having to limit access to our public offices and will continue to monitor the situation in the coming days and weeks.
