To start water and sewer service: You will need to complete an application, provide a copy of your Drivers's License, and put down a deposit of $100 (for homeowner) or $200 (for renters).
To shut off water and sewer service: Contact our office (in person or by phone) with the effective date, and provide a forwarding address.
Water bills are due by the 15th of every month. Any past due balances are subject to disconnection after this date. There is a $50 re-connect fee to have water turned back on, if disconnected. If you go on-line to pay after a disconnect or near the due date (after the 20th of the month), please call the Water Dept (870-741-2525) to confirm payment. This will ensure that you will be re-connected.
On-line payments are available through most banks. Or you can sign up to receive your water bill on-line, and make payments on our website (www.cityofharrison.com), but remember, it takes 3 business days for funds to arrive in our office.
Trash Services: Trash pickup charges will be added on your water bill. Inquire when setting up water and sewer service for rates and specifics.
