NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR CHANGES TO THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF HARRISON

The City of Harrison is currently considering changes to the City’s Zoning Code pertaining to Data Centers, RV Parks, Outdoor Vendor Parks, and other matters.  Information regarding the proposed changes can be reviewed from the links provided below:

A Public Hearing has been scheduled for November 16, 2023 at 6PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall (118 Industrial Park Road).  Written public comments will be received by the City until December 7, 2023.  Interested parties are strongly encouraged to submit written comments that can be added to the public record regarding this subject.  Written comments may be submitted as follows:
