(3) Police Dispatchers
Applicants must be 18 years of age; possess a valid driver’s license; possess a high school diploma or GED; haveno felony record/convictions;be able to work any shift; purchase uniforms;
pass an extensive background check and polygraph examination.  Prior dispatch experience desired.  Benefits included.  Open until filled.  Annual Salary:  $30,190.58.

Public Works (Water Dept) Laborers
Applicants must be able to do routine work and manual tasks, with the ability to do heavy physical labor efficiently. It is preferred that applicant have a valid driver’s license, be physically
fit, able to obtain a Class 1 Water Distribution License within sixty days and the ability to obtain a CDL within sixty days.  It is also very important that applicants work well with others
and can work under very unforgiving and harsh conditions at times depending on weather conditions.  All other job duties will be discussed during the interview. Starting wage is
$12.48 per hour, plus a good benefits package.

Part-Paid Firefighters
(This is a volunteer (paid per run) on-call program to assist the ful-time staff of the Fire Dept)
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age;have graduated or have a high school equivalency certificate;complete and pass a Arkansas Police background check with no felonies and/or violent
criminal history; complete and pass a drug screening; a US citizen; valid drivers license; good physical condition and pass a physicians physical; possess a valid Arkansas Class D Driver’s License;
and live within 20 miles of the city limits.  Applications will be accepted until further notice.

(2) Full-Time Firefighters

Parks and Recreation Laborer

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age; have graduated or have a high school equivalency certificate; have good knowledge of principles and practices of parks grounds,
athletic sports fields, City Pool and Youth Center facilities; must be able to get along well with the public; must be in good physical condition; must pass a drug screening;
and posess a valid Arkansas drivers license.
