After Hours Emergencies:  If you are having sewer problems after hours and need assistance, the Department has personnel on standby around the clock.  Just call the City’s dispatch number 870-741-5463, describe the situation, and the appropriate personnel will be paged to come out and assist you.

The Sewer Maintenance & Construction Department is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the City’s sanitary sewer collection system (sewer lines and manholes).  Our sewer system includes approximately 115 miles of sewer pipe ranging in size from 6-inch to 36-inch in diameter and approximately 3,000 manholes. 

Sewer Billing is provided through the City’s Finance & Accounting Department.  Questions regarding bills and/or payments should be directed to them at (870) 741-2525.

The Sewer Maintenance & Construction Department is made up of 11 full time employees who are dedicated to provide the residents of Harrison with professional and prompt service.
